Qualification:
Candidates applying for Chennai NCSCM Assistant Recruitment should have the following educational qualifications,
- Scientist D: First class Master’s degree in Sociology / Social Work from a recognized University (or) equivalent with minimum seven years practical experience in Social research in Community Development/ Livelihood development
- C Scientist : First class Master’s degree in Marine Sciences (or) first class degree in Engineering / Technology from a recognized University (or) equivalent with minimum three years’ experience in environmental modelling
- Scientist B: First class Master’s degree in Natural Science from a recognized University (or) Equivalent.
- Junior Software Engineer: Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology with two years’ experience in computer programming and software development
- Junior Application Engineer: Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology with two years’ experience in computer programming and software development
- Senior Technical Assistant: Three years regular Diploma in Engineering / Graduate degree from a recognized university with two years’ experience in scientific instruments
- Laboratory Assistant Senior: Three years regular Diploma in Engineering / Graduate degree from a recognized university with two years’ experience in scientific instruments
- Senior Librarian: Master’s degree in Library Science or Master degree with PG Diploma in library science from a recognized university. Must have overall working experience of at least 10 years in library Should possess sound knowledge of application of IT in library management
- Librarian: Must possess a graduate degree and have Diploma in Library Science. Minimum 8 years of experience in membership enrolment, purchase and arranging of books/ journals, cataloguing the new arrivals of books, maintenance of accession register, issues / receipts of books
- PS to Director: Graduate with proficiency in shorthand (120 wpm) and typing (50 wpm). Experience to handle word processor, secretarial practice
- Accountant: Graduate in commerce or economics with minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting
